This is a free service for creating simple, anonymous polls. It is provided “as is”, without any warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Do not use it to publish unlawful content, personal data about other people, spam, or harassment. Offending polls are removed without notice.

Every poll is automatically and permanently deleted at its expiry date. Save any results you want to keep before that date — deleted data cannot be recovered.

The admin link is the only key to a poll: whoever holds it can close or delete the poll. Keep it secret; it cannot be recovered if lost.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
